The Wildlife Heritage Foundation (WHF), a California nonprofit, public-benefit corporation, provides land conservation services to public and private-sector clients. Our experience encompasses projects such as stewardship, open-space management, and endowment-fund management.
We combine strong natural resources-management skills, environmental planning expertise, and environmental polcy knowledge to provide the best possible long-term conservation practices. It is the goal of WHF to ensure that agricultural lands, forest lands, open spaces, and set-aside lands be managed in a way that will allow for maximum practicable utilization by all plant and wildlife historically present in the region.
To that end, WHF will work with all landowners toward habitat restoration and management. WHF is dedicated to the fundamental belief that contact with nature is essential to the spiritual quality of life for humankind; therefore, conservation of lands that support natural systems in developing areas is critical.
